Shabby Chic but Simple, Economical Accommodations

				The Woodward Annex on Huntoon corners Fillmore at Huntoon Street and serves as a very comfortable, newly remolded three-story family bed & breakfast. The features of The Annex are new furnishings, appliances, washer/dryer for guest use, full but small kitchen for guest use, wireless secured Internet and foosball. Sleeping for a maximum of 12 people includes a third floor attic with a Queen bed and two twins, second floor sleeping including one King bedroom and two Queen bedrooms, first floor sleeping for two in a state-of-the-art sofa-sleeper. The Annex also has a family-style dining room and living room. One and a half bathrooms serve The Annex. A second full bathroom will be added at the end of this year. The Annex yard hosts a porch swing and lots of flowers, new trees and a fenced nice side yard. The Annex kitchen is stocked with basic snack, beverage and breakfast items for self-tended food service unless previous arrangements have been made for alternate food service. The Annex is available for $350 including all three floors sleeping a maximum of 12 people or $300 for the first two floors sleeping a maximum of 8.


				The Living Room at The Annex. The living room is spacious and comfortable with all new furnishings including a queen-sized sofa sleeper. Done in calming colors of chocolate and sand with red overtones, the first floor Living Room spills smoothly into the Dining Room and the sunny Kitchen. The Dining table seats up to 8 comfortably but additional chairs are available.

				The King Bedroom at The Annex is Mission in style with colors of brown, sand and paprika with a king sized bed.

				The SageBerry Bedroom at The Annex is crisp and clean in colors of sage and white with simple Mission furnishings with a queen sized bed.

				The Daisy Bedroom at The Annex is the most simple and the smallest and is done in colors of bright yellow and white with a daisy theme and a queen sized.

				The Loft at The Annex is the most popular room at The Annex. It is the largest are the most floral with a queen sized bed and two twin beds done in colors of pink, pastel green and white. At the end of 2008, The Loft should have its own bathroom.

				The Annex only hosts a large bathroom on the second floor and a water closet on the first floor. At the end of 2008, The Annex will have a second full bathroom in The Loft.
